Creative Wellbeing Workshops
We regularly design and deliver bespoke Creative Wellbeing Workshops for councils, businesses, charities, community organisations and cultural partners across the UK. Previous clients include Bolsover District Council and York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, alongside a wide range of arts, education and community organisations.
Our workshops use creativity as a tool for connection, reflection and wellbeing, creating accessible spaces where people can build confidence, reduce isolation and teach participants positive coping mechanisms. Sessions can include storytelling, creative writing, movement, breath work, improvisation, group singing, playful activities, all tailored to the needs of the group and environment. We specialise in designing inclusive, trauma-informed experiences that centre lived experience and encourage participation from people who may not usually engage with traditional wellbeing or cultural activity.
We have delivered creative wellbeing programmes with a broad range of communities, including workplaces, deprived communities, asylum seekers and refugees, neurodivergent groups, young people and older adults (60+). Whether supporting staff wellbeing, strengthening community cohesion or creating opportunities for meaningful social connection, our approach is flexible, collaborative and rooted in the belief that creativity can be a powerful catalyst for healthier communities.
“This has been my favourite place to be every week. I never thought I would love writing poems and scenes, but it’s helped so much”

Online Workshops
Since 2021 we have been delivering regular online workshops and classes, both for our core programme of activities and for private clients. These sessions include group workshops and 1-to-1 sessions, covering topics like:
Creative Writing
Mental Wellbeing
Breathing exercises for stress management
Fundraising and business consultancy
We approach these workshops the same as our in-person offer: centring enthusiasm, playfulness and inclusion. Each session is designed around the participants needs and includes both talks from our team and group exercises. We love doing them as they allow us to meet and connect with people from across the UK in one setting, whilst they can relax in a familiar space.
“It’s been so much fun and such a positive environment, thank you so much!”
